Rajat Shahri Evam Gramothan Sansthan, Haridwar invites applications from suitable, experienced and dynamic candidates for the position of Office Clerk / Admin & Accounts Assistant for its NGO office operations and development sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling office administration and documentation work.
* Maintaining files, records, reports and official correspondence.
* Computer-related work including MS Office, email communication, data entry and online reporting.
* Assisting in accounts-related work, vouchers, bills and basic accounting documentation.
* Coordination with field staff and project teams.
* Supporting project implementation and office management activities.
* Field visits and community-level coordination whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Good knowledge of computers, MS Office, internet and email operations
* Basic knowledge of NGO office administration and documentation
* Knowledge of accounts and bookkeeping work will be preferred
* Candidates having experience in NGO sector and fieldwork will be given preference
* Good communication, coordination and reporting skills required
* Candidate should be sincere, disciplined and capable of multitasking

Salary:
Salary/Honorarium will be commensurate with qualification and experience as per organisational norms.
