Request for Proposal (RFP): Baseline Assessment for Early Years Education Project in Rajasthan
Centre for microFinance (CmF) invites proposals from qualified agencies, research organizations, institutions and independent consultants to undertake a Baseline Assessment for the project “Building Learning Pathways: Deepening Learning in Early Years in Rajasthan.”
The project is being implemented in the districts of Sirohi, Karauli and Dungarpur and aims to strengthen early childhood development (ECD), school readiness, foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) and grade-level learning through a combination of demonstration models and system-strengthening efforts. The project also includes pilots on English language learning, physical literacy, home-based early stimulation and multilingual education.
The baseline study will establish benchmarks on key project indicators related to child learning outcomes, school readiness, primary grade classroom and Anganwadi quality, teacher and frontline worker capacity, parental engagement, community participation and the effectiveness of academic support and monitoring systems. The study is expected to adopt a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative assessments and qualitative research methods.
