Youthreach is looking for a:
* Development professional with at least 5-7 years of work experience in the area of
Education, Vocational Training Management, working with Women Empowerment
Programmes, Skill Development, health and other field-based interventions.
* The person should have a minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Development
Studies, or Public Policy. A candidate who has a master's in Social Work will have an
added advantage.
* The person should have excellent command over MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
* The person should be open to travelling on a regular basis.
* The person should be fluent in English, Rajasthani, and Hindi.
* The person will work out of Soniyana, Rajasthan and report to Youthreach head
office in New Delhi.

Responsibilities
* The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination and implementation of
Education, Digital Literacy, Women Empowerment, and Health initiatives across the
Soniyana district.
* Management, training and guidance of fellow staff members which includes mentoring,
progress checks and conducting monthly meetings
* Networking and liaison with the donors, Stakeholders and other governmental and non
governmental organisations.
* Rapport building and working with the village heads and other stakeholders of the
villages around Soniyana, Rajasthan
* The Senior coordinator will be in charge of documenting project progress and reporting
(Monthly and annual reports) to the Manager.
* Proposal writing and preparation of the presentation as and when required
* Preparing and maintenance of the annual budget, and monthly expenses and reviewing
them as per the requirement
* Conducting training inhouse and hiring of agencies for external training of the staff
* Looking for new donors and partners
