Position Overview: The role will include, linkages with Stakeholders and social protection schemes,, Community outreach, documentation and reporting, MIS, Finance and stock maintenance

About Salaam Baalak Trust:
Salaam Baalak Trust Delhi is a not-for-profit and non-governmental organisation, based in Delhi, India; registered under the Indian Registration Act (1908). The Trust was established in December 1988 and provides support services for street and working children in the National Capital Region.
37 years ago, we discovered the world of street children within the harsh, raw, underbelly of Delhi. And yet, it was a life these children had chosen in preference to home and family - which had obviously become entirely intolerable. There is so much missing from the lives of these children - food, security, health, education, and love. We urged ourselves as these resources are the birth right of all children as well as basic requirements - a secure space to sleep, play, and dream.

Responsibilities:

* Creating a rapport with in the community
* Linking children and adults with social protection schemes.
* Accounts and stock work
* Filling of data in MIS portal of the organization.
* Documentation and reporting
Other:
* Participate in any other activities which may be required to be undertaken to fulfil the objectives of the organization.
* Attend internal meetings (Social Protection schemes, planning, workshops, coordination meeting etc.) and external workshops as and when required.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:

Required:
* Bachelors / Master's in Social work or equivalent.
* Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
* Knowledge of basic computers ( MS- word/ Excel), MIS work, social protection schemes,
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including skills of community outreach.
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* Have passion for our mission and a strong desire to impact a dynamic non-profit organization.

Compensation:
Salaam Baalak Trust offers a competitive salary compensation that includes Gross Salary of 25,000 as per labour laws.
