Job Summary
Nila is seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop incharge to oversee the daily operations of our boutique store in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a keen eye for design, and a passion for handmade crafts. This role involves managing a high-caliber retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the store's reputation for quality and exclusivity.

Roles and responsibilities
Store Operations
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure the store environment is impeccably maintained and aligned with the brand's aesthetic standards.
Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, and replenishment.
Implement and monitor visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and store appeal.

Customer Service
Provide exemplary customer service, fostering a welcoming and luxurious shopping.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and product knowledge.

Location Bangalore
Team Management
Train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associate.
Schedule and manage staff duty roster to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammembers.

Sales and Performance
Analyse sales reports and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement promotional and marketing initiatives in alignment with the brand's goals.

Brand Representation
Uphold and promote the brand's image of silent luxury and design excellence.
Ensure that the store's presentation and product assortment reflect the brand's values.
Act as a brand ambassador, building relationships with clients and representing the store at
events and functions.

Administrative Duties
Manage store budgets, including expenses and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Qualification
* Proven experience as a retail manager, preferably in a high-end or luxury retail environment.
* Strong understanding of design principles and handmade craft products.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field is
preferred.

Other Skills
* Sound IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, google forms, POS software)
* Communications skills
* Good command over languages like English and Hindi
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
* Good report writing skills.
* Multitasking ability
* Should be a team player.
* Open to travel
* Open to learn and explore
* Keen on hands on activities

Working Hours & Days
6 days a week (Monday to Saturday, 8 hours)
As per the organisations work requirement, candidate might have to work on some Sundays.
