Dr. Shroff's Charity Eye Hospital is looking for a dynamic and passionate Senior HR Executive (Female) to join our Public Health Department.
* Locations:
Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh
Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Eligibility:
* MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / Master of Public Health (MPH)
* Minimum 2+ years of relevant HR experience
* Comfortable with frequent travel and field visits
* Strong communication, coordination, and HR operations skills
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing
HR Operations & Documentation
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
HR Compliance & Audit
Field/Vision Centre Visits
Performance Management Support
Training & Development Coordination
HR MIS & Reporting
Cross-functional coordination with Operations & Program Teams
