Proposals are invited from experienced agencies/production houses/institutes for undertaking professional photography, videography and development of a project impact film documenting the implementation of the Oracle STEM Education Programme across Noida (Uttar Pradesh), Gurugram (Haryana) and Mirzapur (Uttar Pradesh).

MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child (MAMTA HIMC) is a national-level development organization working for more than three decades in the areas of Maternal and Child Health, Adolescent Health, Nutrition, Education, WASH, Gender, School Health, Inclusive Education, Skill Development and Community Development in partnership with Government Ministries, CSR Foundations, National and International Development Agencies.
Project Background
MAMTA HIMC, with support from Oracle Giving, is implementing a STEM Education Programme to strengthen experiential learning and enhance students' competencies in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) in Government Primary and Upper Primary Schools.
The programme aligns with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and aims to develop 21st Century Skills among children through hands-on learning in Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, Coding, Engineering Design, Innovation and Problem Solving.
During FY 2026–27, the programme will be implemented across 100 Government Schools located in:
- Noida (Uttar Pradesh)
- Gurugram (Haryana)
- Mirzapur (Uttar Pradesh)
The intervention includes establishment of STEM Laboratories, deployment of a STEM Mobile Van, teacher capacity building, student innovation challenges, exposure visits, robotics and AI sessions, coding workshops, science exhibitions and community engagement activities.
The project also marks the scale-up of the successful Noida model and its replication in Mirzapur and Gurugram, making it essential to professionally document the implementation process, key milestones and impact.
Therefore, MAMTA HIMC intends to empanel a professional agency for photography, videography, social media documentation and development of a high-quality project impact film.
