Location: West Singhbhum (Chaibasa), Jharkhand

Employment Type: Full-time

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical.

CITS / TOT Certification (Mechanical / Electrical) will be preferred.

Minimum 3–4 years of relevant training or industry experience.

# Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and practical (hands-on) training.

Conduct training batches from induction to assessment.

Maintain attendance, progress reports and assessment records.

Provide counselling and placement guidance to trainees.

Ensure discipline and quality of training.

Coordinate with the Master Trainer and project team.

Prepare training reports, documentation and case studies.

# Desired Skills

Good communication and presentation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Meet/Zoom, Internet).

Ability to manage training centre operations and documentation.

Willingness to work in field-based skilling projects.

# Salary

20,000 – 24,000 per month (including PF, ESIC, Gratuity and other applicable benefits).
