MIS & Data Management
1. Maintain and update project databases for mobilization, enrollment, training, assessment, and placement data
2. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for internal management and CSR partners as per prescribed formats
3. Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness of data entered in company MIS, client portals, and government portals like Skill India Portal, NSDC, etc.
4. Track project KPIs: batch-wise progress, attendance, dropout rates, certification, and placement status
5. Support documentation for audits, impact assessments, and donor reporting

Field Visits & Verification
1. Conduct scheduled field visits to training centers to verify physical records against MIS data
2. Audit attendance registers, student documentation, trainer logs, and placement proofs on-ground
3. Train center teams on data collection formats, documentation SOPs, and portal usage
4. Identify gaps in data capture at center level and implement corrective actions

Experience:
1-3 years in MIS/Data role, preferably in NGO/Skilling/CSR/Education sector
Technical Skills: Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts. Google Sheets.
