- Ensure timely and quality implementation of project activities across schools, communities, districts, and partner locations.

- Coordinate with field teams, trainers, consultants, volunteers, school authorities, government departments, and partner organisations for smooth execution.

- Identify implementation challenges early and take corrective action to ensure that project deliverables and timelines are met.

- Oversee Budget planning, expenditure and Invoicing with support of the Finance Team.

- Review field updates, session reports, attendance sheets, photographs, feedback forms, and other documentation for accuracy and quality.

- Ensure that teams are working with clarity, accountability, sensitivity, and professionalism.

3. Donor and CSR Partner Coordination

- Act as a key point of coordination for CSR partners, donors, and institutional stakeholders.

- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, annual, and completion reports as per donor requirements.

- Develop high-quality donor presentations, progress updates, review meeting notes, case studies, impact summaries, and other communication documents.

- Support renewal proposals, concept notes, budgets, and project expansion plans.

- Maintain strong, professional, and responsive communication with funding partners.

- Coordinate with government departments, education departments, school authorities, district officials, and other institutional stakeholders for permissions and smooth project implementation.

- Draft official letters, permission requests, meeting notes, and other formal communication as required.

- Represent the organisation in meetings, review discussions, trainings, events, and stakeholder consultations.

- Build and maintain positive working relationships with government and institutional partners.

5. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Documentation

- Design and manage monitoring systems for project tracking, including baseline and endline formats, pre-post assessments, feedback forms, school trackers, field visit formats, and reporting dashboards.

- Ensure regular collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation of project data.

- Conduct field visits, session observations, review meetings, FGDs, and quality checks.
