Role Overview
The Resource Person will visit assigned schools to observe the implementation of ACTiZEN Club activities, engage with students, teachers, and school leaders, and collect meaningful feedback and evidence from the field.

Key Responsibilities
1.Conduct regular school visits as per the schedule assigned by the District Coordinator.
2.Observe and document classroom observations using the prescribed tools and formats.
3.Engage with teachers, principals, and other school stakeholders.
4.Collect qualitative and quantitative data from schools.
5.Provide evidence-based insights to assess and strengthen programme implementation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree with B.Ed. or D.Ed. preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in school engagement; teaching experience will be given preference.
- Ability to build positive relationships with school stakeholders.
- Willingness to undertake regular travel for school visits.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Languages known read and write English and Kannada
