Operating in premium, differentiated and non-perishable agri-produce categories. It collaborates closely with state governments & development agencies.
It has signed a 3-year MOU with the Andhra Pradesh Food Processing Society to execute AP-PRIME (Agri-Processing Project for Resilient Integration with Markets for FPO Enterprises).
Aceworks is seeking applications from interested and relevant candidates for the position of the Regional Project Manager. The role involves driving the initiative on the ground, stakeholder management, project execution and overseeing of commercial operations.

Location: Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh
Salary: Rs 70,000 – 90,000 per month
Qualifications required
- Preferably a Master’s degree in Agribusiness, Rural Management, General Management, Social Work, or equivalent 3 years or more
- Extensive travel throughout Andhra Pradesh; may also be required to travel to Odisha and Telangana
- Fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage
- Support the promotion, strengthening, and business development of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)
- Establish, strengthen & manage relationships with community, FPOs, project partners, financial institutions, market players and government stakeholders
- Gather & collate ground intelligence in the selected agricultural value chains and share actionable inputs
- Ensuring timely reporting and maintaining high standards of implementation in compliance with project timelines and budgets
- Demonstrated experience of working with CBBOs, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), or similar institutions
- Strong experience in FPO promotion and institutional strengthening, facilitating market & financial linkages, building stakeholder partnerships, and driving agricultural value chain development
- Techno-commercial orientation. Understanding in some of the selected crops would be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. Ability to engage with senior government officials and institutional stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit
- Strong communication skills
