THE MINDVRIK PRIVATE LIMITED is a pioneering organization committed to transforming career guidance and psychological wellbeing across India. Through our flagship Student Wellbeing Assessment & Intervention (SWAI Project), we collaborate with schools, educational institutions, Students of corporates/Industries employees and students in communities to deliver evidence-based AI enabled career guidance assessments, psychological wellbeing assessments and counselling sessions for career & psychological wellbeing awareness to Students from class 7th to 12th.
Currently our target is to reach at-least 10,000 students by July 2027 and enable them to choose their streams, careers scientifically through our AI enabled online assessments followed by a counselling session and also take care of their psychological wellbeing with our team of Clinical psychologists, Guidance & Counselling professionals. Our plan is to collaborate with a minimum of 200 schools by July 2027.
Our multidisciplinary team will comprise Workshop experts, Doctors, Nursing professionals, Clinical Psychologists, Career Counsellors, Education Specialists, Public Health Professionals, and Business Development Experts dedicated to helping students to make informed career choices while promoting emotional wellbeing.

Guidance & Counselling Expert (04 Positions)
Location: Solan & Sirmaur District, Himachal Pradesh
Saharanpur & Bijnor District, Uttar Pradesh
Compensation
- Rs 28,000 per month (CTC) (Purely Performance-linked & target achievement bases for completing each student Stream/Career and Psychological assessment after workshop, you will get @ rs.56/student or individual, on monthly target achievement of 500 students as a team)
- Outstanding performers will be considered for company’s payrolls after successful completion of probationary period of six months from the date of joining.
- Travel Reimbursement maximum up to ?2,000/month (as per Actuals)
- Phone recharge Reimbursement maximum up to ?500/month (as per Actuals)
- EPF & ESIC benefits as per norms.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with District consultant, Business Development Manager in conducting career guidance sessions and psychological wellbeing workshops.
- Build partnerships with at-least 10 institutions (schools, educational institutions, Communities/Corporate groups or industries) on a monthly basis.
- Develop institutional outreach plans and monthly engagement visit calendars in consultation with District consultant and counselors.
- Administer career and psychological assessments.
- Explain assessment reports to students, parents, and institutions.
- Provide individual and group counselling sessions.
- Coordinate with educational institutions for programme implementation.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate in Clinical Psychology, Guidance & Counselling Psychology, , Career/Vocational Counselling/Child & Adolescent Counselling or equivalent.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance & Counselling and RCI Registration will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with exceptional counselling skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with functional laptop, required qualification and experience will be preferred.
- Professional having prior experience in conducting workshops/seminars in schools or large social gatherings will be given preference.
