Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Management Trainee Interns who are eager to gain practical exposure in business operations, project management, administration, HR, marketing, and rural development. The internship offers hands-on experience in a professional work environment with opportunities to learn and contribute to real-time projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
2. Support project planning, coordination, and documentation.
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS.
4. Coordinate with government departments, farmers, FPOs, and stakeholders.
5. Conduct market research and data analysis.
6. Support HR, recruitment, and employee engagement activities.
7. Assist in client communication and follow-ups.
8. Maintain records and documentation using MS Office.
9. erform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
