VIRD, a distinguished NGO based in Odisha's ANGUL district, is in search of a committed individual to join our team as a Resident Superintendent . This is a full-time residential project-based position at , Angul district, Odisha.

Present Requirement:
Resident Superintendent (Only Female Candidate)

Essential Qualification:
Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Social Work / Community Development / Sociology / Child Development / Psychology / Psychiatry / Public Health / Community Health / Community Resource Management or an equivalent course from a recognized University.

Desirable Qualification:
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Government / Non-Government Organization.
• Experience in documentation, strengthening capacities and training, project formulation and implementation, monitoring and supervision skills.
• Experience in the field of women and child development / social welfare will be preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Age Limit below 50 years.
• The candidate must be free of any criminal record.

Salary:
Salary is not a limitation for suitably experienced, qualified, and skilled candidates.

Case worker-3.
1-she Interact with the survivor and provide orientation to make sure the survivor is comfortable.
2- she maintain records of every session with the survivor.
3she .prepare individual case files with a rehabilitation plan
4Accompany the survivors as directed
5-maintain relevant documentation as mandated by the guidelines.
6.Any other duties assigned by the resident superintendent
