Qualification

* Minimum 10+2 (Intermediate) preferred.
* Experience in community outreach, HIV/AIDS programme, or social work will be preferred.
* Good communication skills and willingness to work in field.
* Preference may be given to candidates from or familiar with the target community, as per project guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

* Conduct regular outreach visits at hotspots.
* Mobilize beneficiaries for HIV, STI, TB and related health services.
* Distribute condoms, lubricants and/or needles & syringes (as applicable under project guidelines).
* Maintain outreach registers and documentation.
* Coordinate with Peer Educators and project staff.
* Conduct awareness sessions and behaviour change communication activities.
* Ensure timely referrals and follow-up of clients.

Salary

* **Honorarium:** 10,500 per month
* **Travel Allowance (TA):** 1,500 per month
