Job Summary:-

The Field Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and ensuring the smooth implementation of programmatic and operational activities at the field level. This role represents the project community-based approach and acts as a key liaison with relevant stakeholders.

The Field Coordinator will be the primary field representative of the project with all the community stakeholders. The position requires 100% flexibility to travel and involves close coordination with the Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (APM) to ensure successful implementation holistic development based Project activities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:-

Coordinate and support the effective implementation of project and operational activities at the field level.

Facilitate community mobilization, meetings, trainings, and awareness sessions as per project requirements.

Collect, verify, and document field-level data, case studies, and success stories for reporting and evaluation purposes.

Monitor project progress against planned targets and flag risks or implementation challenges in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with project guidelines, timelines, and organizational policies.

Ensure timely reporting and documentation of field activities and findings.
Travel extensively to project locations as required.

Eligibility & Requirements:-

Local candidates will be preferred.

Must have 100% travel flexibility.

Should possess a personal laptop and conveyance.

Proficiency in the following languages is mandatory: English , Hindi

Salary & Travel: It will be as per the project sanctioned budget.
