Position: Centre Manager – DDU-GKY
Work Location: Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: Up to Rs 35,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and result-oriented Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our DDU-GKY Training Centre in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in managing government-funded skill development centres, ensuring compliance with scheme guidelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of training delivery and centre administration.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the overall operations and administration of the DDU-GKY training centre.
• Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, documentation, MIS, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate trainee mobilization, admissions, attendance, assessments, certification, placements, and post-placement activities.
• Supervise trainers, support staff, and administrative personnel to ensure smooth centre operations.
• Maintain centre infrastructure, training records, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with government officials, project teams, Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), and other stakeholders.
• Monitor training quality, trainee performance, and placement outcomes to achieve project targets.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and adherence to project timelines.
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in DDU-GKY or other government-funded skill development programmes such as PMKVY, SANKALP, NULM, or similar initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in managing training centre operations and DDU-GKY processes.
• Good communication, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Preferred Profile
• Experience working with the DDU-GKY portal will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of government-funded skill development programmes and compliance requirements.
• Immediate or early joiners will be given preference.
