Position Summary:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing and business development of handicraft products, with a focus on increasing product visibility, market reach, sales, and revenue. The role will identify new markets and customers, develop sales and marketing opportunities, build relationships with buyers, retailers, institutions, corporates, and other potential clients, and support both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Development & Sales: Identify new business opportunities, customers, markets, retailers, institutions, corporates, and bulk buyers to increase sales of handicraft products.

• Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies to increase product visibility, brand awareness, customer reach, and sales.

• Market Linkage & Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, customers, retailers, institutions, and other market partners, and generate regular sales/orders.

• Exhibitions & Market Events: Plan and coordinate participation in exhibitions, fairs, trade events, bazaars, and other promotional activities to showcase and sell handicraft products.

• Sales Monitoring & Business Growth: Track sales, orders, market trends, and competitor activities, and provide regular updates and strategies for business growth.

Competencies & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of marketing, sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Good understanding of handicraft products, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Ability to identify new markets, buyers, sales channels, and business opportunities.
• Good skills in communication, negotiation, networking, and client handling.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and online promotional platforms.
• Strong skills in sales tracking, reporting, documentation, and MS Office/Excel.

• Willingness to undertake frequent field visits, exhibitions, fairs, and market-development activities.

• Proficiency in Hindi and English.

Duty Station: The Marketing Executive will be based at the Target location Ara / Patna and should be willing to reside close to the intervention areas to ensure effective field coordination. The role requires frequent field visits; therefore, the candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving license to ensure smooth and efficient mobility

Compensation & Benefits
The selected candidate will be entitled to a monthly salary of ?20,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Thousand only) along with a Travel Allowance of ?4,000/- (Rupees Four Thousand Only) per month.

Note:
* PF will be applicable as per the rules, policies, and norms of Bhojpur Mahila Kala Kendra (BMKK)
* Salary Increment: 10% increment as per BMKK norms.
