Field Coordinator – Roles & Responsibilities
Stakeholder identification and mobilization.
Coordinate with fleet operators, unions, authorities, and local stakeholders.
Identify venues and facilitate permissions and event arrangements.
Coordinate vendors and on-ground logistics.
Manage participant registration, crowd, and event activities.
Support communication/translation for participants.
Ensure event documentation, data collection, and photographs.
Collect feedback/testimonials and prepare location-wise reports.
