Position: FSW ORW (Female Outreach Worker)

Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years

Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
Candidate must have her own bike/two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience** in outreach/community-based work.
Experience working with the FSW community will be preferred.

Salary & Travel Allowance

Salary: ?10,500/- per month
Travel Allowance: ?1,500/- per month

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular outreach activities among the FSW community.
* Mobilize and counsel beneficiaries for HIV prevention and related health services.
* Facilitate HIV testing, STI/RTI services and necessary referrals.
* Maintain beneficiary records and update program-related data regularly.
* Coordinate with the TI team for effective implementation of project activities.
* Conduct regular field visits and perform other duties assigned by the organization.
