Project Associate - Child Health Division
National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi on behalf of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare is seeking resumes from qualified candidates for the above mentioned post purely on contractual basis.
Reporting to: Deputy Commissioner and in-charge (Child Health & RBSK), MoHFW
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Assist the division in monitoring the Child Health programme at the National level.
· Provide support to the division for preparation of state progress reports, fact-sheets for monitoring of the programme
· Assist the division in holding the desk reviews, workshops, meetings, etc
· Assist in documenting the minutes of the meetings related to the TOR and regular follow-up on action points agreed upon during meetings.
· Follow-up with State officials for obtaining regular progress reports on programme
· Develop user friendly tools for collation, compilation and analysis of information on programme activities under the division.
· To undertake field visits to states for monitoring and evaluation of programme
· Consolidate, record, report and analyze data at National level.
· Assist in preparing presentation slides for presentation.
· Assist in drafting letters, correspondence, official mails etc.
· Assist MoHFW in using data for action and incorporation into GoI reports and applications.
· Perform any other tasks/activities as assigned by supervisor.
· Delivery of all the above tasks in a time bound manner.
Eligibility:
· Graduate in any discipline with proficiency in data management
· At least 5-8 years' experience at National level in consolidating, analyzing and monitoring the RCH programme.
· Knowledge & proficiency in computer applications particularly MS office. Knowledge of working in Government of India would be an added advantage.
· Knowledge of written and spoken English and working knowledge of Hindi is required.
· Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in National Health Mission/RCH at National or State level.
· Formal educational qualification, experience and age could be relaxed when there is a published work of high quality or whenever there is work experience of specific relevance
Age: Upper limit 60 years as on last date for receiving application.
Remuneration Range: Between Rs.55,000/- to Rs.70,000/- per month
Location: Delhi

Written test Condition:
If the recruitment process includes a written test, a minimum qualifying mark will be 70%. However, If the number of qualifying candidates is high, a ratio of 1:5 will be adopted for 1 vacancy top 5 candidates will be considered. In case 2 or more candidates qualify with the same marks, all such candidates will be considered.
