Project Assistant (RBSK)
The National Health System Resource Centre, New Delhi, on behalf of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has invited applications from eligible candidates for the above-mentioned post on a purely contractual basis.
Reporting to: Deputy Commissioner and in-charge (Child Health & RBSK), MoHFW
Roles and Responsibilities:
He/She will be responsible for supporting the project office in implementing various standard administrative tasks to ensure high quality and efficiency of work. The Project Assistant will contribute to a result-oriented approach and work in close coordination with project team members to resolve administrative issues and facilitate information exchange.
The Project Assistant (RBSK) will perform the following tasks:
· Assist the respective programme component in smooth functioning and day-to-day coordination
· Maintaining the File movement register, Stock register, logistic /equipment’s support.
· Assist the RBSK Unit in monitoring the RBSK programme at the National level.
· Scheduling / Coordination of Meeting/Workshops for RBSK Programme
· Preparation of plan of field visit of the RBSK Team
· Record keeping, inventory & logistics management and documentation.
· Facilitate settlement of accounts, tour & travels, travel claims and budgeting of day-to-day affairs
· Provide administrative support for conferences, workshops, seminars, and field visits
· Manage vehicles, including maintenance, driver arrangements, and record-keeping (logs, fuel consumption, etc.)
· Manage office assets and stationery; maintain inventory and distribution
· Maintain office records and files
· Support the implementation of quality project activities through a provision or coordination for technical assistance
· Delivery of all the above tasks in a time bound manner.
· Any other job assigned as per programme need by the reporting officer
Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in health sector preferably under NHM at National / State level.
• Knowledge & proficiency in computer applications particularly MS office. Knowledge of working in Government of India would be an added advantage.
• Basic technical and administrative knowledge
Age: Up to 60 years as on last date for receiving application.
Remuneration range: Between Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 60,000/- per month.
Location: Delhi

Written test Condition:
If the recruitment process includes a written test, a minimum qualifying mark will be 70%. However, If the number of qualifying candidates is high, a ratio of 1:5 will be adopted for 1 vacancy top 5 candidates will be considered. In case 2 or more candidates qualify with the same marks, all such candidates will be considered.
