What you’ll do
• Coordinate Work & Employment programmes and team activities
• Build employer and stakeholder partnerships for employment opportunities
• Support employment and placement of neurodivergent individuals
• Coordinate with trainees, families, team members and partners
• Manage programme records, reports and documentation
• Represent AFA at events, conferences and awareness initiatives

What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, HR, Management or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in placements, livelihoods, skilling, HR or programme implementation, preferably in the NGO/development sector
• Strong English and Hindi communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong coordination, organisation, follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of disability inclusion and rights-based approaches

Experience working with persons with disabilities, employer engagement, placement coordination or livelihood programmes will be an advantage.
