Institute for Social Development (ISD), a non-profit state-level women’s organization working on gender-based violence issues in Odisha, invites applications for 01 Female Counselor for SAKHI – One Stop Centre, operating on the premises of SCB Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack, Odisha.

The Centre provides holistic support to women survivors of violence, including counselling, legal aid, medical assistance, and linkages with other support services.

Position: Female Counselor

Location: Cuttack, Odisha
Duty: Shift Duty
Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate
Preference: Candidates from Cuttack City

Educational Qualification
• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Law from an accredited college/university.

Experience & Skills
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in counselling or related work.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Good working knowledge of the Internet.
• Experience in working with women survivors/vulnerable communities will be an advantage.
