Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Salary: 18,000 per month + Travel Allowance
Location: Delhi, Paonta, Baddi, Ropar and Vadodara.

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Project Coordinator to support and coordinate the implementation of social development projects. The candidate will work closely with communities, project teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective execution of project activities in the area of health, education, skill, plantation and water conservation.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day activities of social projects.
Conduct field visits and interact with beneficiaries and community members.
Coordinate with project staff, NGOs, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
Maintain project records, reports, documentation, and activity updates.
Support planning and implementation of community development initiatives.
Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per timelines.
Prepare periodic reports and presentations for management.
Travel to project sites as required.

Candidate Profile
MSW (Master of Social Work) from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in social development, CSR, community development, NGO projects, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting abilities.
Willingness to undertake regular field travel.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Compensation : 18,000 per month + Travel Allowance, as per organizational policy.
