About EHSAS Program
The EHSAS Program focuses on adolescent and youth wellbeing through:
Health & nutrition
Gender equality and sexuality
Mental health
Prevention of violence against women and children
Youth participation and empowerment
Position: Community Organizer

Location: Dharavi, Mumbai
Qualification: SSC/HSC
Experience: 2–5 years in community-based projects
Reports to: Program Officer

Key Responsibilities
• Mobilize adolescents, youth, and parents and conduct community outreach.
• Conduct group sessions and community-based campaigns.
• Support planning and implementation of adolescent and parent sessions.
• Coordinate with health post staff and community stakeholders.
• Support adolescent-friendly health services and community-based mental health interventions.
• Maintain accurate data entry, documentation, and activity reports.
