Job Title: Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and execution-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end coordination and implementation of assigned projects. The role requires strong ownership of project timelines, deliverables, documentation, reporting and communication with relevant stakeholders.
The Project Coordinator will also play a key role in coordinating programme and financial audits, baseline and endline assessments, monitoring and reporting. The person will work closely with the Programme, Finance, Monitoring & Evaluation, Operations and field teams, while taking primary responsibility for ensuring that project requirements, timelines and deliverables are effectively coordinated and followed through.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
a. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and manage regular communication, coordination and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
b. Coordinate project meetings, reviews, field visits and periodic updates.
c. Develop and maintain implementation plans, timelines, deliverable trackers and action points.
d. Coordinate closely with Programme, Finance, M&E, Operations and field teams to ensure timely implementation and completion of deliverables.
e. Maintain records of key communications, approvals, decisions and project-related developments.

B. Programme & Financial Audit Coordination
a. Coordinate and facilitate programme and financial audits for assigned projects.
b. Work closely with Programme and Finance teams to ensure that required documents, records and supporting evidence are complete, organised and available for audit.
c. Maintain audit checklists and follow up with relevant teams to address documentation gaps.
d. Coordinate responses and supporting documentation required during and after audits.
e. Facilitate field verification and other requirements related to programme audits.

C. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)
a. Support beneficiary data collection and ensure timely and complete submission of information from the field.
b. Track project indicators, targets, beneficiary reach and implementation progress.
c. Maintain monitoring data and supporting documentation required for reporting and impact assessment.
d. Follow up with field teams to address gaps or inconsistencies in programme data.
e. Support the M&E team in preparing the assessment reports.

D. Documentation & Reporting
a. Support the preparation of periodic progress reports, project updates, presentations and other required documentation.
b. Support the maintenance and organisation of programme records, financial documentation, approvals, reports, monitoring data and relevant communication.
c. Coordinate with relevant teams to collect and compile data, photographs, testimonials, case studies and other supporting evidence required for reporting.
d. Support the team in ensuring that all project documentation is complete, systematically maintained and audit-ready throughout the project period.

Eligibility:
Education
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)/ Development Studies/ Public Administration or a related discipline.

Experience
3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in operations, programme implementation, community engagement, partnerships, or stakeholder management.
Prior experience in the development or non-profit sector will be preferred.
