About the Organisation
Natural Shades is a non-profit organisation working on environmental conservation, reuse of waste materials, awareness and community-based initiatives. The organisation undertakes practical projects such as “Scrap to Use” creative workshops, promoting the conversion of discarded materials into useful and creative products.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Assist in research, planning and documentation of NGO projects.
• Support the Scrap to Use project and creative workshops.
• Assist in event/workshop planning and coordination.
• Create basic social-media posts, content and awareness material.
• Coordinate with volunteers, students and participants.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports and project documentation.
• Contribute creative ideas for environmental and community initiatives.
• Focus on integrated farming

Required Qualifications, Experience & Must-Have Skills
• Students/Graduates from any stream can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office/Google tools.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Creativity and interest in environmental/social initiatives.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Experience required preferably one year

Work arrangement: Saturday & Sunday office visits/workshops/events as required rest work from home .
