CTC: Rs 25,000 per month

About Reach India Trust
Reach India Trust is looking for a passionate and dynamic Trainer to support the implementation of its Workforce Development Project in Siliguri, in partnership with Nomi Network. The position will focus on strengthening the communication, employability, soft skills and workplace readiness of youth beneficiaries.

Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Trainer with strong communication skills and a passion for working with youth. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions on Soft Skills, Spoken English and Personality Development and supporting beneficiaries in improving their overall employability.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging training sessions on soft skills, communication and personality development.
• Conduct Spoken English classes for youth beneficiaries.
• Support students in developing employability skills and workplace readiness.
• Monitor student learning and progress.
• Maintain training records, attendance and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with the project team for smooth implementation of training activities.
• Support project activities and other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification & Eligibility
• Graduate, preferably in English, Education or a related field.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in training, teaching or facilitation will be preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate youth beneficiaries.
• Passion for working with youth and community development.
• Candidates must be based in Siliguri or willing to relocate immediately.
