Job Summary:
KMSWS is looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Executive – Communication to lead organisational communication, documentation, digital outreach and storytelling of its programmes and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage communication materials, reports, newsletters, success stories and case studies.
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content, including posts, captions, photos and videos.
Document programme activities, events, field stories and impact.
Coordinate with programme teams to collect and present impact data and stories.
Support preparation of presentations, brochures, annual reports and donor communication.
Maintain consistent organisational branding and communication standards.
Support media, partner and stakeholder communication as required.
Key Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
Strong storytelling, content writing and documentation skills.
Knowledge of social media and basic graphic/video content creation.
Good understanding of the development/NGO sector.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; Canva and other digital communication tools will be an advantage.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Development Studies, Social Sciences or a related field.

Experience: 2-–3 years in communications, development sector, NGO/social impact or related field
Salary: Commensurate with experience and organisational norms.

Location: Diamond Harbour, with occasional field visits.
