Responsibilities
* Conduct community-level awareness programs in rural areas of Jangaon District on social security and government welfare schemes, especially for farmers.
* Mobilize and sensitize rural communities, especially vulnerable and marginalized groups, on their entitlements under government schemes.
* Facilitate linkage of eligible beneficiaries with relevant government schemes and departments (social security, welfare, livelihoods, etc.).
* Organize village-level meetings, camps, and group sessions as part of the awareness campaign.
* Liaise with Gram Panchayats, local government officials, and community leaders for program implementation.
* Maintain accurate field records, beneficiary data, and daily/weekly activity reports.
* Submit timely reports and updates to the Project Coordinator/Trust office.
* Travel extensively within the assigned field area (Jangaon District) and be willing to work in rural, field-based conditions.

Skills Required:
* Good communication and community mobilization skills in Telugu; working knowledge of English preferred.
* Familiarity with government social security and welfare schemes, especially for farmers.
* Willingness to travel and work extensively in rural/field areas of Jangaon District.
* Ability to work independently, maintain field records, and meet reporting timelines.

Qualifications
Any graduate: Preferred MSW.
1-2 years of experience

Salary range: Between Rs. 15000 and 20000 (based on experience and qualifications)
