Position Summary:
The Program Executive will implement MOHAN Foundation’s organ donation awareness programs in West Bengal, liaising with hospitals, schools, local authorities, and community groups. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and experience in community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute awareness sessions, workshops, and donor registration drives in West Bengal.
• Build relationships with hospitals, schools, Panchayats, NGOs, and community leaders.
• Maintain donor databases, track registrations, and report outcomes.
• Assist in organizing events and campaigns under MOHAN Foundation initiatives.
• Support training programs for volunteers and coordinators.
• Collect feedback and stories for promotional and impact reporting purposes.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate in Social Work, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in community outreach, healthcare, or social work programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bengali and English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus).
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Passion for organ and eye donation awareness and advocacy.
