Hiring: MIS In-Charge (Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh)
Parmarth Samaj Sevi Sansthan (PSSS) is looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic MIS In-Charge to manage data systems, reporting, and information management for project activities in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain MIS systems and project databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and quality.
• Generate timely reports for management, donors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with field teams for data collection, verification, and reporting.
• Support project decision-making through data analysis and insights.
• Maintain data backups, records, and proper documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in MIS, data management, or reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Required Skills
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
