Shree Deendayal Girdhar Gopal Goshala Sansthan in Raner cares for approximately 500 cows, along with blind camels, ducks and other rescued animals, including animals with special needs.

We are looking for one entrepreneurial, curious and highly driven person to join us for a six-month fellowship and help build the sanctuary's next chapter. This is an on-ground role at the intersection of animal welfare, rural sustainability, entrepreneurship and community development.

What you will work on:
- Improve day-to-day operations across a 500+ animal sanctuary.
- Find practical ways to make the sanctuary more efficient, sustainable and financially resilient.
- Explore and build rural enterprises around resources generated by the sanctuary, including organic manure, biofertilizers, biogas and other circular-economy ideas.
- Work with government departments, local institutions, NGOs, CSR organisations and other partners.
- Research, test and launch new ideas, then take a real project from idea to pilot, implementation and results.
- Develop systems and business models that could be replicated by other gaushalas and animal sanctuaries.

Who should apply:
No particular degree or background is required. This may suit a student, recent graduate, young professional, entrepreneur or career switcher who is proactive, resilient, analytical, good with people, comfortable outdoors and motivated by animals, rural communities and sustainable solutions.

Duration: 6 months
Start: 15 October 2026
Stipend: INR 18,000 per month
