NAWO is looking for Female Community Mobilisers to work in slum communities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.

* Position - Community Mobiliser
* Location: Bhubaneswar & Cuttack
* Work Area: Urban Slums
* Only Female Candidates Can Apply

Key Work
1. Conduct community surveys and collect information.
2. Mobilise women and community members for government entitlements and health camps.
3. Attend community meetings and awareness programmes.
4. Support community members with basic entitlement-related work after training.
5. Use mobile apps for data collection and fieldwork.
6. Report community issues and field challenges to the supervisor.
7. Maintain confidentiality of community information.

We are looking for candidates who:
Have fieldwork or community work experience.
Can communicate well with community members.
Are willing to work regularly in slum communities.
Can use mobile phones/apps.
Have a positive attitude towards teamwork.
(Are willing to work cooperatively with the team and support team members).
Are sincere, responsible and willing to learn.
