Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including petty cash, bank reconciliations, and expense reports.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets, financial forecasts, and grant proposals.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations.
• Generate financial reports and analysis to support decision-making and project planning.

Qualifications:
• B.Com or M.Com
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP9) and MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the organization's mission and values.
