Job discription: ORW (Outreach Worker-MSM)

Position: 01

Qualifications-10th/12th +Experience would be preffered

Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct mapping and identification of the target population in the assigned area.
*Establish and maintain regular contact with the target population through field outreach.
*Provide information on HIV/AIDS, STI/RTI prevention, condom use, and available health services.
*Mobilize beneficiaries for HIV testing, STI/RTI treatment, ICTC, ART, and other health services.
*Distribute condoms and IEC materials and demonstrate correct condom usage.
*Conduct regular follow-up of beneficiaries and track missed or irregular beneficiaries.
*Coordinate with Peer Educators for effective outreach and service delivery.
*Identify individuals at risk and facilitate appropriate counselling and referrals.
*Maintain field registers, beneficiary records, and outreach documentation.
*Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the TI Programme.
*Work according to TI Programme guidelines, protocols, and targets.
*Coordinate with Counsellor, Program Manager, healthcare facilities, and other stakeholders.

SALARY - 10500/- + Travel allowance 1500/- PM
