Position: Field Mobilizer

Key Responsibilities:

1.Conduct field visits and mobilize eligible beneficiaries/candidates.
2.Create awareness about project activities and services.
3.Identify, counsel and support potential beneficiaries for enrolment.
4.Coordinate with local communities, Panchayats and other stakeholders.
5.Maintain beneficiary records, attendance and field-level documentation.
6.Achieve assigned mobilization targets and submit regular reports.
7.Support project activities, events, training programmes and follow-up.

Qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills. Field experience in NGO, Skill Development or Government projects will be preferred.

Key Skills: Community Mobilization, Counselling, Communication, Documentation, MIS and Field Coordination. Salary between 12000/- to 15000/- ( +incentive).
