About Vishwas Sansthan
Vishwas Sansthan is a grassroots non-profit organisation based in Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh. The organisation supports rural and marginalised communities through Health & Nutrition, Education, Livelihood Promotion, Skill Development, Women Empowerment and Community Development, including CSR-supported programmes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Support the planning, implementation and monitoring of CSR-funded projects in health, education and livelihood.
• Conduct field visits, community meetings, beneficiary identification, surveys and regular follow-up activities.
• Coordinate health camps, nutrition initiatives, education activities, vocational training and livelihood programmes.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, field visit reports, presentations and beneficiary documentation.
• Maintain project MIS, Excel databases, monitoring trackers and online reporting systems.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations, progress summaries, charts and project review materials for management and CSR partners.
• Coordinate with government departments, schools, health workers, local stakeholders and partner organisations.
• Collect and organise photographs, case studies, success stories and field evidence.
• Track project milestones, timelines, outputs, field progress and documentation quality.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate in any discipline; qualifications in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Health, Education or related fields are preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the NGO/development sector; experience implementing CSR-funded projects is an advantage.
• Strong command of Hindi, including professional report writing; working knowledge of English is preferred.
• Good communication, community mobilisation, coordination, planning and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to rural project locations and work independently with field teams.
• Own two-wheeler/vehicle and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
Strong MS Office proficiency is mandatory, including:
• MS Excel: Formulas, Pivot Tables, data management and analysis, charts, monitoring sheets and MIS reporting.
• MS PowerPoint: Professional presentations, progress dashboards, project review decks and charts.
• MS Word: Professional reports, editing, formatting, official letters and project documentation.
• Email & online tools: Professional email communication, internet-based reporting, Google Sheets and digital record management.
Remuneration & Benefits
Monthly salary: INR 20,000. Travelling Allowance (TA): Additional TA for approved official travel, as per organisational norms.
