About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and dedicated faculty members to teach General Studies (GS), English, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude to competitive exam aspirants. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, good communication skills, and the ability to mentor students effectively. Candidates capable of teaching both general students and person with disabilities (PWD) are eligible to apply
Key Responsibilities for All Subjects
• Deliver high-quality classes as per curriculum and schedule
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions for students
• Track student performance and provide regular feedback
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and batch records
• Support in content creation—mock tests, practice sets, PPTs, etc.
• Assist in exam preparation, revision plans, and test analysis
• Participate in academic meetings and training programs
Subject-Wise Responsibilities
1. General Studies (GS) Faculty
• Teach subjects like History, Geography, Polity, Economy, Science, Current Affairs
• Prepare monthly current affairs materials and quizzes
• Guide students for government exam-oriented GS preparation
2. English Faculty
• Teach grammar, comprehension, vocabulary, writing skills
• Prepare worksheets for error detection, reading comprehension, para jumbles

3. Reasoning Faculty
• Teach verbal and non-verbal reasoning concepts
• Create logical puzzles, practice questions, and test papers
• Train students for reasoning sections of SSC, OSSC, OSSSC, Banking, etc.
4. Quantitative Aptitude Faculty
• Teach arithmetic, advanced math & short-cut techniques
• Develop topic-wise practice sets and mock tests
• Help students improve speed and accuracy
Required Qualifications
• Post-graduation in relevant subject
• Strong command over the subject applied for
• Prior teaching experience (preferred)
• Ability to handle online & offline classes
