Compliance & Audit: Conduct onsite inspections and audits to ensure compliance with organic regulations, including soil management, input materials, and pest control.
Documentation Review: Thoroughly examine Organic System Plans (OSPs), farm records, input logs, and audit reports to verify adherence to standards.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Guide producers through the certification process, provide technical advice, and respond to queries regarding regulations.
Inspection & Certification Management: Plan and manage the certification process, including issuing, suspending, or revoking certificates.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential contamination risks and ensure organic integrity throughout the supply chain.
Training & Education: Organize training for farmers and staff on organic standards, certification requirements, and sustainable practices.
Regulatory Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international and national organic standards (USDA-NOP, NPOP, EU, etc.).

M.Sc (Ag), experience of Organic & Natural Farming Certification Process, FPOs process, report writing.
