Data Input: Efficiently entering customer, account, and financial data from various sources (paper or digital) into spreadsheets or databases.
Data Verification & Accuracy: Reviewing data for deficiencies, errors, or inaccuracies, and correcting any inconsistencies to maintain data integrity.
Record Maintenance: Updating, organizing, and managing, database records to ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.
Source Data Preparation: Sorting, compiling, and scanning documents before entry to ensure accuracy.
Security & Confidentiality: Protecting sensitive information and adhering to data privacy protocols.
Reporting: Generating reports and retrieving data for other departments as requested.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Fast & Accurate Typing: Strong typing speed with a high degree of accuracy (often tested).
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of data entry software, database systems, and MS Office (especially Excel).
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to identifying mistakes in large data sets.
Time Management: Ability to meet strict deadlines under minimal supervision.

Good speed & expertise in Hindi & English typing, Photoshop, In-Design, Coral.
