Senior Executive – Growth & Partnership

Salary: ?25,000 – ?30,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

About KMSWS:
Kankura Masat Social Welfare Society (KMSWS) is a grassroots development organization working towards holistic community development through education, climate action, skill development, women empowerment, and health initiatives across rural West Bengal.

Role Summary:
KMSWS is seeking a motivated professional to strengthen partnerships, support fundraising initiatives, and enhance donor engagement. The role involves collaboration with CSR partners, NGOs, and institutional stakeholders to support program growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage partnerships with corporates, CSR teams, NGOs, and foundations

Support proposal writing, concept notes, and fundraising documentation

Coordinate donor reporting, monitoring, and documentation

Liaise with internal teams to align programs with partner priorities

Represent the organization in meetings and collaboration forums

Eligibility:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related fields

Experience or strong interest in partnerships, fundraising, or proposal development

Strong communication in English, Hindi and reporting skills.

Passion for grassroots development and social impact
