Gram Chetna Kendra has been working since 1989 in the areas of WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene), water conservation, agriculture, animal husbandry, livelihood promotion, child rights, health, and education.
Currently, GCK operates across 6 districts of Rajasthan, reaching approximately 200,000 families through its various development initiatives.

Position Title: Project Monitoring Officer
Number of Positions: 02
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and monitor daily team plans and field activities.
• Review and compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality implementation of project activities.
• Provide structured feedback to field teams for performance improvement.
• Ensure strong field-level monitoring systems and data-based reporting.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
• Support program team in review meetings and strategic planning discussions.

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong monitoring and evaluation skills.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to conduct field visits and interact effectively with community members.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and team coordination abilities.

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree, or related field.

Compensation:
• CTC: ?25,000/- per month

Probation Period:
• 3 Months
