Childhood Enhancement through Training and Action Ngo invites Expressions of Interest from qualified consultant’s/research agencies to conduct an Endline Evaluation of its Menstrual Health & Hygiene (MHH) project in West Delhi slum communities.
Duration: March – April 2026
Objectives of the Evaluation
• Measure changes in awareness and understanding of menstruation and period poverty
• Assess improvements in access to safe menstrual products and hygiene practices
• Evaluate reduction in stigma and harmful social norms
• Examine impact on education, mobility, confidence, and dignity
• Compare findings with baseline benchmarks
• Provide recommendations for sustainability and scaling
Scope of Work:
• Review project and baseline documents
• Develop evaluation design, methodology, and tools
• Conduct field research (Surveys, FGDs, KIIs)
• Data analysis and report preparation
• Submission of draft and final reports
• Presentation of findings
Eligibility:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in research, gender, public health, or urban development
• Proven experience in baseline/endline evaluations
• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research
• Experience working in urban slum settings preferred
