Job Description:
1. To ensure complete documentation of all the projects related activities and reports at the district level.
2. To support the process of monitoring of the administration of the projects of the organisation and maintain documentation by communicating with the project team.
3. To conduct timely documentation of the project activities to ensure smooth implementation of the project.
4. To engage in stakeholder coordination and engagement activities.
5. To conduct research and ensure publication of SOPs. IEC Materials, research studies etc.

Skill Requirements:
1. Committed to work for the protection and strengthening of child rights.
2. Knowledge of the child protection laws in India.
3. Strong documentation and report writing skills.
4. Good interpersonal and networking skills.
5. Exposure in handling data management and analysis.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and tools.
7. Ability to work under pressure.
8. Willingness to work flexibly, outside normal working hours.

Qualification –
1. Masters in Social Work.
2. Other relevant professional qualifications in line with area of specialisation.
Experience-
1. Two years’ experience in working in Child Protection.
2. Freshers who have done internship work in the child protection sector will also be considered
