Job Description:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the organisation goals and objectives ( including activities related to Community and School Awareness Programs, community building, Women and Child Rights Protection).
2. Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X (Twitter), and emerging channels maintaining sensitivity towards women and child protection related issues.
3. Produce and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts), carousels, stories, posts, captions, and graphics—maintaining organisations goals and policies.

Skill Requirements:
1. Understanding towards the work of the organisation for the protection and strengthening of child rights.
2. Strong Media (Photo & Video) editing skills.
3. Good interpersonal and networking skills.
4. Exposure in handling media management and analysis.
5. Proficiency in content tools: Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop (or equivalents), scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Creator Studio).
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Willingness to work flexibly, outside normal working hours.
8. Excellent written & verbal communication in English + Hindi (bilingual content creation a big plus).
9. Creative mindset with strong visual sense, copywriting skills, and sensitivity towards child protection related issues.

Qualification –
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Other relevant professional qualifications in line with area of specialisation.

Experience-
1. Two years’ experience in working in Media (Photo & Video) Editing and Content Creation.
2. Freshers who have done internship work related to media editing and content creation can also apply for the position.
