Brief Job Description: The Executive Assistant serves as the operational and coordination anchor of the CEO Office, ensuring the CEO’s focus remains on strategy, external engagement, and organisational leadership by managing executive workflows, tracking strategic initiatives, supporting governance, and enabling leadership accountability.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Enable CEO to function efficiently through structured planning, prioritization, and coordination
2. Ensure effective execution of decisions taken in Leadership and Board meetings
3. Enable effective governance and Board engagement
4. Support CEO in monitoring organizational priorities
5. Ensure professional and timely engagement with donors and partners
6. Ensure professional CEO communication and data management
