Qualification – Graduate in any Social Work, Rural Development, Economics, Commerce, Management or related field preferred.

We’re looking for a Program Coordinator to support the operations of a helpline serving women-led SHG enterprises/entrepreneurs. This is a junior, hands-on role working closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth delivery of advisory and capacity-building support. Candidates with willingness to learn on the job will be preferred over formal qualifications.

He/She is expected to:
• Support day-to-day helpline operations (calls, WhatsApp, digital platforms)
• Coordinate data entry, CRM updates, and follow-ups with SHG members
• Assist in organizing enterprise advisory support, trainings, and documentation

Who should apply?
Early-career professionals with an exposure or interested to work in livelihoods, SHGs enterprises, or social sector programs
Comfortable with basic digital tools and coordination work
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada
Passion for women’s empowerment and grassroots impact
Willingness to travel for offline field interventions and stakeholder engagements, as and when required.
